M. Hanif Chaudhry

Dr. Chaudhry, President,
has over 45 years experience as a consultant, researcher, design engineer, and faculty member and has published 5 books, over 130 archival publications and authored over 50 technical reports. He developed the CAI computer software WH (utilized worldwide), CHAN, and SUR.  He is presently Associate Dean (International Programs) and CEC Distinguished Professor of Civil Engineering, College of Engineering and Computing, University of South Carolina. He is serving as a member of the South Carolina Floodwater Commission.

Dr. Chaudhry has acted as specialist consultant in all six continents to organizations, such as  U.S. Agency for International Development, United Nations Development Program; U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; California Department of Water Resources; New Brunswick Power Commission, Canada; Inter-American development Bank; Instituto Ecuatoriano de Electrification, Ecuador; Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad, Costa Rica; Institute for Computer Applications, NASA; Punjab Irrigation Department, Pakistan; World Bank; various national and international public utilities, consulting engineering and law firms.
